Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. If you are dissatisfied with our candles, for any reason, you may return them within 10 days for a full refund (less shipping). We only ask that returned candles be unused and in their original packaging. Once the returned items are received, refunds will be processed within 30 business days. We do not charge a restocking fee. In an effort to accommodate our customers, we can have certain candles manufactured as a special order. Please note, special orders may not be returned as they are made to the customer's specifications in regards to color, size and quality.
