Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. If you are dissatisfied with our candles, for any reason, you may return them within 10 days for a full refund (less shipping). We only ask that returned candles be unused and in their original packaging. Once the returned items are received, refunds will be processed within 24 hours. We do not charge a restocking fee.
