Shipping and Handling

Generally, orders are processed within 72 hours of purchase and shipped out the next business day. Customers will be notified promptly if items are out of stock and backordered. We ship with FedEx Ground, unless otherwise requested by our customers. Expedited or even overnight shipping is also available for an additional charge. We offer free shipping in the Continental United States for purchases of $200 or more. Free shipping applies to our retail customers only. Different incentives are offered to our wholesale customers. Please note that while we do ship internationally as well, our automated shipping charges apply to the Continental U.S. only. Additional shipping charges apply when shipment goes outside the Continental U.S. All domestic and international shipping charges include insurance.
